A 37-year-old woman with a previous breast augmentation and lift (Benelli circumareolar) three years prior presented with capsular contracture of the right breast implant and inferior malposition of the left implant along with further ptosis or sagging of breasts, requiring revision with the removal of both Ideal saline implants (375 cc right and 350 cc left) and replacement with smooth round moderate plus silicone implants (385 ccs right 355 cc left) along with capsulectomy and a vertical breast lift.
