41-year-old white woman who wanted fuller breasts with a visibly concaved chest wall and deflated upper pole of breasts. We underwent submuscular breast augmentation through a periareolar incision, using 2 different sized implants: 425cc and 450cc High Profile Mentor smooth round silicone implants.
