42 year old Hispanic woman, with abdominal wall laxity and pannus with excess skin and fat to her flanks and armpits and sagging deflated breasts, underwent a mommy makeover with lipo abdominoplasty (liposuction of flanks, waist, armpits) and breast lift with breast augmentation using 355cc (right) and 385cc (left) smooth round moderate plus silicone implants. Results are 14 months after her operation.
