57 year old white woman with sagging and deflated breasts along with abdominal wall laxity and excess skin and fat to the abdomen and flanks with a symptomatic pannus, underwent a mommy makeover with breast lift and augmentation with fat transfer (220cc to each breast), and abdominoplasty with liposuction.
