Description

A 30-year-old woman who had a previous breast augmentation with silicone implants, presented with inferior and lateral malposition with a double bubble sign. She underwent repair with capsulorrhaphy and these are her 3-month post-operation photos showing a much-improved shape and position of the same implants.
