Description

41 year-old Hispanic woman with 34B cup bra breasts with deflation of the superior poles and mild sagging after breastfeeding, desired fuller breasts without a lift.  She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with 545cc Mentor BOOST smooth round high profile silicone implants, subpectoral, using a breast crease incision.  She is shown 6 weeks after her operation increasing her bra cup size to 34DDD.
