41 year old White woman with two pregnancies and 140 pound weight loss after bariatric surgery, had 23 year old saline breast implants (375cc on right and 400cc on left) now with breasts sagging with waterfall deformity that required breast revision with removal of her old implants and replacement with smooth round high projection silicone implants (440cc on right and 470cc on left) with breast lift.
