Description

41 year old White woman with previous breast augmentation followed by revision for right sided malposition elsewhere, underwent a breast revision for recurrent malposition and enlarged areola with scarring. She had a removal and replacement of her 255cc silicone implants for 385cc (right) and 415cc (left) smooth round moderate plus silicone implants along with capsule tightening and reduction of her scars and areola. She is shown 3 months later with better implant positioning and smaller areolas.
