Description

47-year-old with a history of mastopexy (Benelli lift) and augmentation many years ago complicated by capsular contracture, had her old silicone implants (425cc right, 450cc left) removed and replaced with smooth round silicone, high projection implants 565cc right and 590cc left. She needed a capsulectomy and a vertical breast lift to better position her nipples and sagging breast tissue. Photos are 3 months after.
