A 42-year-old woman underwent bilateral skin sparing mastectomy followed by immediate breast reconstruction in the prepectoral pocket with direct to silicone implants. She underwent one fat grafting session after her first operation followed by bilateral nipple reconstruction and then a tattoo of areolas. These are her 16-month post original mastectomy operation.
