50-year-old Asian woman with minimal lipodystrophy who wanted better contour to her abdomen and buttocks. Instead of having her come back multiple times for injectable fillers to the buttocks that go away, we decided on improving the shape with liposuction of the abdomen, waist, flanks, and back and transferred 575 ccs of fat to each buttock for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
