47 year old woman with deflated and sagging breasts after breast feeding in addition to excess loose abdominal skin with laxity and previous c-section scar requested a mommy makeover.  She underwent a tummy tuck  along with breast lift and augmentation with Mentor BOOST moderate plus profile silicone implants (340cc on the right and 320cc on the left).  She is shown 10 months later with smoother abdominal skin with a tighter abdominal wall and skin along with improved breast shape, volume, and symmetry.
