A 40-year-old mother with multiple children underwent a staged mommy makeover, with abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) followed by breast revision 7 years later. She had her old silicone implants (425cc right, 450cc left) changed to smooth round silicone, high projection 565cc right and 590cc left. She also needed a capsulectomy and a vertical breast lift.
