Description
71-year-old White woman with laxity of her abdominal wall and upper abdominal skin excess post abdominoplasty performed by another plastic surgeon 5 years ago. She was interested in removing the excess abdominal skin but she also suffered from abdominal wall laxity since her muscles were not tightened previously. She also had an incision placed incorrectly too high near her navel in addition to having a vertical incision as well. She underwent a revision abdominoplasty and she is shown 6 months later with flatter abdomen and appropriately placed incision in the underwear line and a nicer navel.
